Nearly 30 Years of Trustworthy Construction Solutions

Our Story

We’re willing to bet you’re here because you have a construction challenge that needs an immediate and trustworthy solution. We want to help.

We’ve helped government, commercial, insurance, and residential customers solve complicated and often frustrating problems — including plenty that other companies couldn’t seem to correct. We love what we do, and we enjoy being part of the solution.

Sometimes that means an interior or exterior renovation, or bringing a structure into compliance with building codes. Other times it’s an emergency repair or rebuild after weather or other disaster. Whatever the challenge, our team has the technical experience to help you walk through it.

Led by owner Pete Owen, our team has completed work for institutions ranging from naval facilities to municipal buildings to private commercial properties, earning recognition including a NAVFAC MIDLANT FEAD Portsmouth STAR Safety Award.

So… What’s With the Logo?

The owner, Pete Owen, has a Korean background and was born in Hawaii. He has incorporated the “spirit of Aloha” into the company brand. The logo is a petroglyph — pictures drawn on rocks by indigenous people thousands of years ago that depict environmental conditions and cultural practices from everyday life at that time. Long ago, these primitive renderings depicting people, animals, canoes and other objects were painstakingly carved onto rocks or old lava flows, but their exact meanings remain a mystery. There are also many petroglyphs showing men, women and children in an assortment of poses; they’re depicted performing a number of activities, including surfing, fishing and hunting. We’re still looking for one holding a hammer!
